Since June 2022, LynxCare and PSIH Group have a strategic partnership, helping French hospitals to make the most of all their clinical data by building OMOP data warehouses (i.e. ‘EDS’) to improve patient care and research.
Ready to innovate? Prepare your hospital for the France 2030 plan as well as the European Health Data Space.
For more than 20 years, PSIH Group has been helping healthcare institutions analyze their activities using structured data (PMSI) with its Hospivision solution. In addition to this structured data, it is essential to leverage the potential of unstructured data captured in Electronic Health Records (EHRs) to improve the quality of care and enrich research projects. Through cutting-edge context-specific NLP algorithms, LynxCare helps hospitals to unlock this data, structure it in an OMOP data warehouse and make it usable.

LynxCare helps hospitals to untap all their data (of which the hospitals remain owner and in control at all times), including the clinical and outcome data captured in EHRs. Through easy-to-use clinical dashboards with integrated OHDSI tools, the data in the OMOP data warehouse is visualized to facilitate analyses, and the data quality can be evaluated.
An OMOP data warehouse can bring insights to various stakeholders in a hospital. To only name a few of the many opportunities it can bring:
· the hospital’s management can render a medical and economical analysis of their patient care pathway,
· the medical team have all the tools at hands to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of patients’ treatments, and
· the hospital can participate in Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies.
LynxCare strongly supports the OMOP Common Data Model as this futureproof model facilitates the international collaboration between healthcare actors. In 2021, this commitment translated in obtaining the certificate of EHDEN SME partner.
By unlocking both structured and unstructured clinical data and creating these federated clinical data warehouses, we prepare hospitals for the future within the European Health Data Space.
