In our study, we evaluated the performance of LynxCare’s clinical NLP pipeline against two open-source alternatives. Our goal was to assess out-of-the-box performance on multilingual biomedical text, particularly electronic health record (EHR) data.

Under the evolving European Health Data Space (EHDS) guidelines, the quality and reliability of electronic health record (EHR) data are critical for advancing AI-driven decision tools and clinical research. LynxCare introduces Sentinel — a robust, OMOP Common Data Model-based system designed to continuously measure, benchmark, and improve EHR-derived datasets for regulatory compliance, collaborative studies, and translational research.

On January 30, LynxCare had the honor of participating in Dedalus's annual D4Evolution conference in Paris, themed "Innovons et accélérons ensemble la e-santé" ("Let's Innovate and Accelerate E-Health Together"). This event brought together a vibrant community of clients, partners, and experts to discuss the future of digital health.

We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Dedalus, transforming Real-World Data access in Europe. By combining LynxCare’s disease-specific Natural Language Processing capabilities and Dedalus’ healthcare expertise, we're set to facilitate the access and curating of fresh clinical data directly from the hospital information system. This collaboration empowers healthcare institutions and life sciences companies with accurate patient insights for more informed clinical decisions and research.
