Senior Clinical Project Manager

Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage the business and technical onboarding phase for several parallel implementations within hospitals and follow-up the projects until they are delivered. You will act as a single-point-of-contact towards our customers and will report to the Operations Manager. Your responsibilities include the following:

1. Manage the implementation of our projects from A to Z, which includes

  • onboard the hospital and the industry partner stakeholders, ranging from operational to management stakeholders
  • scope the deliverables with external and internal stakeholders
  • obtain the necessary hospital data access (historical data batches and real-time feed)
  • collaborate with the data science team
  • keep open communication channels with our partners: the hospitals and the industry players
  • ensure a complete and timely delivery

2. Select and implement the relevant project management tools to keep all parties informed (we’re working with and Jira and want to upgrade our practices)

Combine and manage the expertise from different team members within LynxCare, either with a functional-clinical or an IT background

3. Develop processes/concepts/documentation to make the implementation more scalable, and build up the internal knowledge across the company about these practices

What we’re looking for:

  • You have 5 years+ experience in project management with client interactions in complex IT implementations (knowledge of healthcare IT systems is a big +)
  • You have experience with project management tools
  • You have a CRO/medical/pharma background or solid medical/pharma knowledge
  • You have a positive attitude, team spirit, analytic mindset, problem-solving skills, eye-for-detail
  • You are open to travel (in Europe)
  • You speak Dutch and English, French (big +)
